My professional journey began as a dental assistant in 2014. Over time, I transitioned into managing and consulting dental practices, focusing on implementing effective business strategies. However, when the COVID-19 pandemic struck, I recognized an opportunity to pivot and adapt.
I’ve worked the last two years in mortgage lending. Driven by a desire to make a positive impact, I aspire to build a thriving real estate business, both for my valued clients, community, and myself. I firmly believe that our success can uplift others and create opportunities for growth.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I find joy in teaching my cat tricks, indulging in dance classes, and exploring my culinary skills in the kitchen. Honesty, integrity, and hard work are values I hold dear, and they guide me in all aspects of my life.

PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION
- Driver’s License
- Social Security Card
- Divorce Decree (if applicable)
- Proof of veteran status (for VA loans)
ASSETS
- Statements for checking and savings account for the last three months
- Statements for retirement funds and other investments for the last three months
- Titles for automobiles and other properties
- If part of the down payment comes from gift, a gift letter stating that the funds do not need to be repaid may need to be provided
EMPLOYMENT / INCOME VERIFICATION
- Federal income tax returns for the previous 2 years
- W-2 Forms for the previous 2 years
- Pay stubs for the previous 30 days
- Proof of additional income, such as social security benefits, child support, or alimony (if applicable)
- Previous 2 years and year-to-date profit and loss statements (if self-employed)
- Balance sheet for the most recent quarter (if self-employed)
